Hey folks….Santa survived yet another year.

After 11 seasons at the EastGate Mall in Cincinnati, Ohio, this Santa is glad the season has come to a rest.

One thing about it, the season never really ends for the Jolly Old Elf.

We’ll share some of those memories and pass along some details.

Stay tuned.

Santa is Kept Very Busy Listening to all the Wishes

Monday, December 8th, 2008

With the Night Before Christmas fast approaching Santa is kept busy these days trying to squeeze in a visit from all of the children in preparation for that big day.

Requests are fast and furious as the Jolly Old Elf in the big red suit tends to his duty and listens to wants from bunkbeds to baked beans.

Yes my friends, even baked beans for a two-year old, at least according to her four-year old sister.

Hey, whatever makes you happy.

One thing Santa has learned to date is the youth of today are in dire need of a good hero.

A youngster reported his favorite cowboy was Marshall Dillon.

That thought turned a light bulb on, noting the youth of today don’t have the opportunity to cheer for the good guys in the white hats.

How about the days of Sky King, Roy Rogers and Dale Evans, Gene Autry and the likes of Fury and Rin Tin Tin?

Today they are left only with jocks who for the most part tend to be jerks, along with cartoon characters on Saturday mornings.

Real life is needed to provide a good standard to live up to.

Ho Ho Ho !!!!!
