Scoping It Out

Mother Nature must have handed out an extension order to Old Man Winter and he is having fun making a lot of folks miserable.

A raging storm is working its way across the state, while it appears at this point Williston has been spared for the most part.

With reports of more than a foot of additional snow expected, this can only add to the problems already created by the mass flooding.

Reports from several locations, including our friends to the south in Watford City, have been battling the high waters.

Especially the Class B boys basketball team that earned the state championship Saturday night in Minot, only to find a good portion of their town evacuated when they returned.

That celebration of a state title has been rescheduled.

For now all everybody can do is pitch in together and make the best of a bad situation.

NIGHT OF MUSIC IS APRIL 4

Make plans to attend the 3rd annual Night of Music set to begin at 6:30 p.m. on April 4 in the courtyard of the Airport International Inn.

This has proved to be a fun event and you don’t want to miss out on some great entertainment.
