Time Marches On as Winter Knocks on Door
Yes folks, a number of days have passed since the return of the Roughrider Honor Flight.
No doubt this was a trip of a lifetime for everyone involved, including this scribe.
We can tell you it was an experience we will never forget.
The folks heading up the event deserve a standing ovation and a big Thank You.
Since that time the Twins rallied to win the division, only to lose to those Yanks in the first round.
Meanwhile, the Minnesota Vikings have had some hair raising wins, including the most recent over Baltimore.
Hang onto your hats folks.
Getting back to the Roughrider Honor Flight we can tell you a reception for the WWII veterans, family and friends is set for 7 p.m. on Nov. 3 at the Teton Grill on the campus of Williston State College.
Plan now to drop by.
An effort is in the works to have a re-dedication of a Veterans plaque on the campus of Williston State College.
