Six More Weeks of Winter Projected

Sunday, February 7th, 2010

Thanks to the old groundhog we have six more weeks of winter.

Well folks, regardless of shadow, or no shadow the same fate awaits us.

But, to have some fun there’s nothing wrong with tradition.

We will just have to make the best of it and ride out the situation.

How about those folks out east who are battling some 30 inches of snow.

Now they have something to complain about.

When folks in this part of the state got a blast it is barely mentioned in the national media.

With the snow falling on Washington DC you hear of President Obama traveling around while others are told to sit tight.

Oh well, after all he is our leader.

Hang in there folks, it won’t be long before we are complaining about mosquitoes.
