Ladies and gentlemen, we can tell you first-hand the 34th annual Norsk Hostfest in Minot proved to be a huge success.
While the crowds may have been down from previous years, folks from miles and miles away enjoyed themselves.
The Scope managed to take in Abracadabra and the Oak Ridge Boys, along with the Dakota Air Radio Stars.
That alone was worth the price of admission.
It’s hard to believe you can get that kind of entertainment as a sideshow in North Dakota.
Folks have to be happy with the event and look forward to yet another year.
We’ll let you know when the acts for next year are announced.

Hey, speaking of getting hot, the Minnesota Vikings need the burner turned up a notch or two.
The last time we visited here the Vikings were off to San Diego and since that time they have dropped two contests.
That’s not good, especially if you’re a die hard Vikings fan.
Around this part of the country a lot of folks like to show their horns.
One can only hope the Vikes will come out on top of the Detroit Lions on Sunday.
Meanwhile, with autumn now upon us, get out and enjoy these precious moments.
While we must take time to check out things on the tube, being outdoors is good medicine.
